Strolled around MBS while waiting for Cheryl & her family to come after reunion dinner.

Just the 3 for reunion dinner that night.

Sis & bro went over to their bf/gf's place for dinner.

Happened that there's the Laser & Water Show.

After which, we went over to the helix bridge & the event over there.

After shopping last week, we decided to have an early dinner, cause Watami always have long queues outside its restauarant.

They have a set meal for 2 as well.
Reasonable price!

We took the set at $45++ for the both of us!
It's like a buddy meal! :)

The four of them chose ala carte instead.

Here comes the milk tea which Woody claimed to be nice, so I ordered.
Ended up, I gave Woody the whole drink.
Cause it's freaking sweet!

The tofu is really nice!!!!

Supposed to be spending my day with my mum to celebrate her birthday.
Unfortunately, her leave wasn't approved as it was the first day of school for the kids & she'll have to be around.
No choice, I could only celebrate her birthday at night.

Which is like, last week?

Had a good gathering! :)

Last night was at St James.
Gosh, I don't even remember when was the last time I went there.
Music wasn't as bad as I thought.

Long Island.

For me, this year was really filled with all the ups & downs.
& I'm glad that my BFFs are still there for me! :)

I went thru breakup once again.
And it took me quite awhile to get back on my feet.
I date guys, & then, ya.

I turned 21.
Meaning to say, more responsibilities.

I graduated from poly.
It's like amazing. How did I even did it?
God's grace! :)

I had 5 months break for myself.
Really slacking around not doing anything & it's was great! :)

After which, I started looking for job.
Got a job at MVCI.
& I'm still loving my job. :)

I applied for degree, and it was successful.
To be sad or happy? I'm not too sure.

But for sure, I'll have to work harder than before.

What I had learnt in 2011.
I can't really depend on anyone but myself.
Thinking that I'm becoming stronger mentally after all the sh*its I've went thru.
I can really be happy alone with all my friends. :)

All I hope is that 2012 will be a better, greater one, more awesome! :)
I'll still continue blogging as I see that the number of readers is increasing! :)
It's a sense of satisfaction that more people are reading my blog,
coming to a point whereby strangers reads my blog, & they told me they like it! :)

We started planning our christmas eve gathering like 1 month plus 2 months ago, & we settled our venue at Ritz Carlton. :)

I went to checked in with yeemun first.

Drinks available for the guests while waiting to check-in.

Got the keys/cards to the room! :)

Aaron came soon, and he was checking out the facilities that we had in the room.

Had a Christmas Party in office on Friday, so we only have to work half a day.

We had 2 birthday girls for that day.

Catered buffet to the office.

Okay, apparently the food wasn't fantastic.
Only the drink was nice.

We ended work around 3plus 4, but I stayed till 5 before I go off cause I do not want to bring an umbrella along with me. I rather wait till the rain gets smaller then I leave the office, furthermore, I'm only meeting zander at 7pm. I've got plenty of time to spare.

Alright, I metup with my poly bff Peishan as well. :)

Dinner was near 9pm cause zander went for his haircut & I have to wait for him.

Outfit for the night:

It's been long since I attend a wedding dinner.
I believe the last one I attended was kel's friend, which coincidentally was my primary schoolmate's wedding.

On my way there.

The dinner was being held at Changi Village Hotel.

Josephine's (left) son's wedding.

It was a Malay-Chinese couple who got married.

Door Gift.

With my ops. manager.

The rest of the colleagues arrived.

The dinner started, and the friends of the bride & groom came dancing in.

Even the bride danced in too.

Dinner was then being served.

Half way thru the dinner, there was the 'yam-seng' session to congratulate the newly wed couple.

Food was being served after that.

Then a few of us went to Attica.

Club-hopped to an Indian club.

Party-ed all the way till the morning.

Only home at 7am.
& with only 2 hours of sleep, I managed to stay awake during church service.

What's more?
I went to watch Breaking Dawn in the afternoon, and wasn't home till night time.
I survived with only 2 hours of sleep.

Halloween @ USS

Was being forced to go USS for Halloween.
I did not even look forward to it at all!
So much so, that I did not have appetite for the whole day before the event at night.

My friends were all so excited about it.

Ya, my reluctant face.

Everytime I saw the ghosts/monsters, I felt like crying!
I remember Woody had to warn me not to turn my head when he saw any ghost/monster approaching. Clinging onto him all the way when he went to get me at the restaurant while the rest were queuing to to get into one of the attraction.

I tried not to look around in case I make any eye contact with the ghosts/monsters and they'll see the fear in me & they'll come and scare me.

Finally they're out!
Aaron & Woody was nice enough to accompany me while the rest went for the Battlestar Galactica.
We waited for them for almost 2 hrs!
Holy mama!

The 2 of them went around taking pictures while I stayed at the same spot waiting.
I don't dare to walk around.
So I lent them my camera to capture the moments.

Aaron still managed to spot his friend despite the scary makeup.
Acting as one of the zombie there.

The zombie(s) wore those white contact lens.

So many zombies around!
At a point of time, Woody, Eunice, Sheryl & I were surrounded by zombies and they saw the fear on us (the 3 girls' face).
I tried not to look at them.
Eunice was so scared that she cried.

After I started working, I made an effort to at least have 1 meal every week with my mum after work.

Heading to get my errands done in the early morning tomorrow,
then gonna keep grandma company at the hospital.

28th October 2011:
Remembering I had took my O/L, so I had enough energy to party at night.

Despite being Eunice's 21st birthday that night, we had Aaron's 21st birthday party.

Late dinner at raffles city's mac while waiting to meetup with the rest.

Josephine was there too! :)

Eunice bought a cake from some 'uchi pa-lia' cake shop.

After which, we headed to raffles place whereby the party was suppose to be held at 1-altitude.
But then, the whether wasn't great that night, it rained.

Aaron had to cancel his reservation there. :(
He was panicking where to go since he did not have a plan B & all his guests were there already.

Took almost an hour to get another venue.

Managed to get a place at Phuture. Lucky him. Not easy getting a table on Friday night.

So, we all cabbed down to Phuture. & the party started!

Gonna dump some of the photos into this post.
I'll just 'anyhow' blog today.

Had an impulsive urge to dye my hair last wednesday.

So after work, I went ahead to do so.

I was recommended by my manager to this salon.

I like the design of this salon.

Anyw, not only I dyed my hair, I requested to highlight it as well.
Whatsapp-ing my besties & told them that's what Lady Gaga's gonna wear on her next appearance. Okay, I'm lame.
& also, the hair dye doesn't stink! That's what I like most!!!

I don't have dry hair after the whole process!!! yay!
The stylist really takes time to cut, dye & highlight my hair!
He's really meticulous! Great job!

He's of really good help when I can't decide what colour I want to have.

Everything, including the frame goes along with the layout of the salon.

Pricing.

Yup, that's the salon.

Overall, I'm really satisfied with the outcome!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EUNICE!!!
This post was suppose to be up last night, but everything was gone.
But never mind, I've blogged all over again!

2 weeks agooooooooo........
It was Eunice's 21st party.

She celebrated 2 weeks in adv.

Yeemun clipped on all the hair corsages i brought that day.

We went to buy some finger food before heading to the party venue.

Makeup & Night Beauty.

On formspring.

Okay, these are the products that I'll use everyday if I'm not feeling lazy.

Let's start with a bare face, but I have my cosmetic lens on.

Here are the first 3 items I'll use before smacking powder onto my face.
Starting from left to right.

First, I'll apply the moisturizer on my face.
As I'm working in the office, the air-condition will often make my skin dry.
Using just a little, it can be applied on the whole face.
It'll turn watery once you applied on the face despite looking gelish at first.

Shu uemura mist.
I'll then spray the mist.
Totally freshen up after using it!

Lastly, BB cream from faceshop.
I doubt Singapore sell this BB cream, cause I haven't seen it in the stores here. I bought it from Hong Kong.
But I prefer the other BB cream they sell in Singapore's faceshop.

Things in my make-up pouch. kinda messy.

Using the Sephora Compact Foundation.

I apply in on my whole face.

One of my eye has inner eyelid, therefore I need the help of double eyelid stickers.

Just stick it as of how you want your eyelid to appear.

One thing about using double eyelid stickers, you cannot close your eyes to take a nap on the train, bus, anywhere in the public, cause if you never use any make up to cover it up, it'll look funny.
Therefore, I'll use eye liner to cover the sticker.
Else, you can use eye shadow.

You can just draw it over your sticker.

See the difference of my eyes?
The one the left is with the eyelid sticker & eye liner.

Mascara, I only use it as and when I like it.
But I do not apply mascara most of the time.

Eye brow pencil from Muji.
Choose a color which is closer to the shade of your hair.

I'll usually follow the shape of my eye brows when I draw it.
Helps to darken my eyebrows, making it look more define.

Using the white shimmery eye shadow.......

.... to highlight the bridge of my nose.
p/s: sorry, I'm not pointing middle finger. My deepest apology if it offended you. It's my habit of using my middle finiger to apply the powder on my nose.

Then followed by the Blusher / Bronzer duo from Sephora.

Following by the lips.

Light shade of pink.

I'm not into really red lip color.
Apply lipstick so that I wont look pale.

Lastly, lipgloss from ZA.

I only apply it on my lower lips.

Very importantly, choose pick something out of your wardrobe and change into it!
Then you're ready to go for work, a date, etc.

:)

Night time beauty Regimen is also important.

After washing up at night, I'll use this toner from faceshop.

It helps to brighten up my skin.

Moisturizer again.

Face mist as well.

Before I go to bed, I'll apply this eye gel first.
It helps to de-puff and soothe swollen eyes, provides instant cooling & refreshment.
p/s: use your ring finger to apply on your eyes.

Sleep-on mask is for people like me.
I can sleep thru the night without washing it off.
It lifts the skin, tighten pores and supply hydration and minerals for my face.

Face is important, but my hands and legs are important as well.
My very very last step before I sleep, the whitening lotion from vaseline.
I think it really helps alot! :)
I even put a small bottle of the lotion in office.

3rd September 2011:

I think we went partying the night before, that's why we started off from Eunice's place to MBS. Can't really remember. The consequence of not blogging asap.

Yeemun's relative helped her checked-in first, so the moment we reached there, we proceeded straight to the room.

The bathroom.

I don't really fancy using bathtub in the hotels.
I'll try to bathe as quick as possible. I always think that there'll be ghost in the toilet when I look into the mirror. lol.

Lots of channels for us to watch.

But I think we're stuck with watching MTV channel most of the time.

& we watched Plain Jane.

Unfortunately, Eunice was sick on that day. :(

The both of them din want to go for a swim.

So, the 4 of us went to the pool ourseleves.

Hell lot of people.

Eunice did not join us in the water. She'll be looking after our stuff.

The water was really cold despite the hot sun.

Went to get my camera from Eunice so that I can take a picture of the view from the infinity pool.

Actually, nothing breathtaking.

There's nothing much you can do that the infinity pool.

And you can't really swim since there's a lot of people lazing around the pool.

Before we left, we tried pushing yeemun into the pool again even thou we have dried ourselves & ready to go.

And we succeeded!!!

For dinner, we ordered pizza.

While waiting for the delivery, we went to get more things for dinner.

We got Sushi!

Our simple fare meal.

I couldn't stayover night that day cause I was having marathon the next day. :(

But still, I enjoyed my day with them! :)

Grandma was admitted into the hospital that morning.

Wanted to visit her after church, but then the visit hours was over.
So, we headed to NEX after church to wait for time to visit her.

I'm gonna blog about yesterday before everything piles up again.

Yeemun was very nice to accompany me to SIM yesterday morning to make payment for the registeration and submit the documents.

And how stupid I was, I didn't bring the Original documents.
So stupid, how to study uni???????

Army Half Marathon

Just woke up from my afternoon nap.
Waking up with muscle ache.
Alrighty, shall blogged about this morning!

We woke up at 6plus in the morning for the Army Half Marathon.

At the starting point.
Was super nervous before the run starts.
I've never taken part in a marathon in my whole life & now I'm going for one.
Anyw, we're running 10km.
Wasn't even sure if I could finish the race.

Yayyyy!!!!!
I managed to finish the race!!!! :D

Secondary school days???

Seriously, I've never been to Fort Siloso before!

Anyway just to let you guys know that Fort Siloso has the nation's largest collection of World War II memorabilia.

I never study social studies for my o'level paper. It was Literature which helped me pull up my marks.

Fun-filled Weekends!

Went partying with the girls last Friday night & it was fun!

But the crowd was crazy!

The next day I still have to return to the office for half day.
That doesn't stop me for having fun!

I headed to Sentosa from office.

I'm amazed how energetic I was despite only having 3hrs of sleep the night before.

Fun-filled weekends!

We went over to cafe del mar for our lazy saturday afternoon.

Yea, it was only the 3 of us.

The rest couldn't make it as they were having Saturday classes.

One of our dinner a month, or probably 2 months ago.
Cheryl & I decided to prepare Japanese cuisine for our family.
Even thou it's not the authentic Japanese cuisine, it's still nice!

Firstly, we made the dessert. (Totally not jap at all)

Proceeding on to the main dishes.

Very importantly, we must have the rice that's specially for sushi.

Met up with my gfs on Monday night for sleepover since the next day was National Day!!!
I was back in the west!!!
Yayyyyy! i <3 Jurong + Jurong Point!!!

I'm not to post any photos of sleepover.
But we ransacked yeemun's wardrobe for clothes!!!
I like the feeling of clothes crushing onto me when I open the wardrobe!
Feels good when you know that you have lots of clothes, but then you're still complaining that you have nothing to wear.
I also brought some dresses over since they wanted to borrow it from me.

We They went over to aaron's place to study.
I've got nothing to study for, so I was slacking in one corner with eunice.
